It may be interesting to also know that:-

  • Mercury is particularly dangerous in pregnant women and can be passed onto the foetus

  • Specific to Heart Disease Mercury is believed to have a long-lasting effect on cardiac parasympathetic activity and some evidence has shown that Mercury exposure may affect heart rate rhythm, particularly early exposures in children

  • And finally Mercury is believed to cause a great deal of oxidative stress as it creates a lot of free radicals which can lead to hypertension, coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction. I personally discovered that my LipoProtein(a) (a very dangerous form of untested cholesterol here in New Zealand) really spiked when I had my Mercury Fillings unsafely removed.
